Catalan numbers
A reading course based on Richard P. Stanley's Catalan Numbers. Topics include polygon triangulations, binary trees, plane trees, and generating functions, with an emphasis on the bijections connecting these objects. Additional exploration on connections to algebraic combinatorics is also ephasized.
Young Tableaux
A research exploration course covering combinatorics of Young tableaux and their generalizations. My students presented their results via poster at the twenty eighth Triangle Lectures in Combinatorics.
